We would be delighted to be become part of your event team. We can attend site visits, advising on best fit audio visual solutions for the space you have booked; providing detailed plans and fantastic set visuals, helping to bring your event to life in the early stages.

In the build up to the event we will look after all the technical venue requirements, submitting risk and method statements to the required department and negotiate suitable access times for set up to commence.

All of our events have a dedicated production manager who will be your point of contact in the pre-event build up.  On-site they will be the  liaison between your events team and the crew - guaranteeing a high level of service is provided at all times. Our technicians are highly skilled in their AV disciplines and we have worked with them for many years. We understand that interpersonal skills are just as important as AV skills and all our technicians are pleasant to work with and smartly dressed in show blacks.
